It was the second time to have Youth European Championship in Karepa and the third time to have it in Estonia (1997-Karepa, 1999-Podyuga, 2001 Tallinn). This time a new negative record was made only 2 countries took part. Unfortunately Finns could not come because their school started already in August 12 this year. But I think that the level of the tournament was still quite good....
